I loved this place. Great sandwiches, FREAKY fast delivery and reasonably priced! What's not to love? The last time I ordered for delivery they took about 30 minutes to deliver. As soon as I opened the door the guy said hello and apologized for the wait. He explained that they got slammed with a high school group after a game. I completely understand that and can relate. Last night I ordered and 35 minutes later I was just about to call when the delivery showed up. I had slept off and on all day since I wasn't feeling well and was starving. Neither of us mentioned the leeway in delivery. I sit down, look in the bag and the chips I ordered and paid for we're missing. I ordered a drink but had no straw. I opened my sandwich and no peppers that I also paid for. I won't tell you what all I said out loud but I was definitely not amused. I called the shop and asked if they were busy tonight and was told that they weren't. I asked why it took so long to get my order and mentioned my missing items. He apologized and blamed the driver who he said he was going to let go because they hired someone new. Shortly afterwards the driver reappeared with my missing items and apologized. It seems to me more than one person had dropped the ball here. It's not the drivers fault peppers were not on my sandwich. I'm not sure who is supposed to check the order before it leaves. I can tell you that if I was the driver I would check it since I would be the one showing up at a hungry persons house and have to deal with going back a second time if it's wrong. It may be some time before I return Jimmy Johns.

I'm just off of North College by the new High School, and the Blue Lakes shop wouldn't deliver .... they say "Too far" .... What the heck ?? When the new shop opened up on Cheney Drive, I thought the problem was solved. Nope. If I wanted to drive to their shop, it takes me .. "literally" 4 minutes. They say still too far ! "Your address is out of our area" .. That's fine ..... If you don't want my business, I'm certainly not going to miss your food. It's not really that good anyway.

I was a regular for lunch. One of the days I ordered the vegetarian sandwich, they brought me a sandwich with turkey meat! Total no no for a vegetarian. I called and spoke to the manager to get a refund and she refused. I was on a break at work so had no time to get a new sub. Own up to your mistakes and make it right for the customer. They lost my business and will never contribute to this Jimmy Johns, and I am telling everyone of the type of service they provide.

Everything I remembered a Jimmy John's being. Fast, clean, tasty, and good music. The guy handling my sandwich didn't look to thrilled but he doesn't owe me that. Thanks for being the bright spot of my day!

This was my first time at a Jimmy John's and I was extremely happy with my experience. I got the Beach Club sandwich and it tasted fantastic, very fresh. The bread was also really good. Excellent customer service and very speedy.
